Ensuring members have access to the medications they need.

Following your prescription regimen is more important than ever.

At MedImpact, we are closely monitoring Coronavirus (COVID-19) developments and working with our health plan and employer group clients to ensure members have reliable, convenient access to the prescriptions they need to get well and stay healthy.

If MedImpact is your pharmacy benefit manager and you’re having difficulty filling or refilling your prescriptions, please call us at (877) 391-1099.

Or if you need to get your medications replaced at a new pharmacy, you can get a list of all of your recently filled prescriptions here. You can either print this list or show it on your mobile device at the pharmacy counter.

During these uncertain times, you can never be too prepared. Below are two ways you can do just that.

1. Protect yourself and others.

According to the CDC, the best way to prevent illness is to avoid exposure. Older adults and people who have severe underlying medical conditions like heart or lung disease or diabetes seem to be at higher risk for developing serious complications from COVID-19 illness.

Visit the CDC’s How to Protect Yourself & Others page and consult with your healthcare provider to learn more about the steps you can take to protect yourself.

2. Know your medications.

Create a medication list that includes details like your prescribers’ names and contact information in case you need to get emergency refills, go to a new pharmacy, or switch to mail order. If MedImpact is your pharmacy benefit manager, you can get a list of all of your recently filled prescriptions here and show it at the pharmacy counter.

For more information, please visit the CDC’s Coronavirus website.
