MedImpact Names Rebekah Gregg Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital Solutions

Pharmacy benefits executive will help the company communicate its affordability, technology, and clinical solutions to a healthcare industry undergoing change

SAN DIEGO, CA—September 24, 2026— MedImpact, the nation's largest independent pharmacy benefit and health solutions company, has named Rebekah Gregg Senior Vice President of Marketing and Digital Solutions. Gregg joins as MedImpact brings to market new solutions that give healthcare payers greater visibility, choices, and control over pharmacy benefits and lower costs for both members and plans.

“Rebekah has spent much of her career working closely with payers and knows what challenges our clients face, what they need, and how to communicate it clearly,” said MedImpact Executive Vice President Zach Johnson. “Her timing is excellent. We have exciting work underway and she is the right person to help us bring new solutions to the market.”

Payers today are facing rising drug prices, new therapies with historically high price tags, changing regulatory and marketplace dynamics, and an affordability crisis for members at the counter. An independent company for nearly 40 years, MedImpact is taking bold action by re-engineering the drug supply chain and rolling out new technologies, formularies, models, and clinical programs. Rebekah’s expertise will be critical in communicating the value of the company’s innovative solutions to the marketplace.

Gregg joins MedImpact from Pharmaceutical Strategies Group (PSG), an EPIC company, where she served as Chief Operating Officer. In that role, she oversaw marketing, research, and operations, and an analytics platform that was used by payers covering more than 16 million members. She also led the firm's research and satisfaction studies, giving her a close view of what plan sponsors look for in pharmacy benefit partners.
