With MedImpact’s mail-order service, members can have prescriptions regularly delivered right to their door. Pharmacists are available 24/7/365 to help answer clinical questions. Members can order and manage their mail-order medicines through the MedImpact app or consumer portal. MedImpact is pharmacy neutral and clients can choose the fulfillment that works best for them and their members.
Access and adherence.
MedImpact’s network includes pharmacies that offer compliance packaging through the mail, where members’ medications are packaged by day and time to promote adherence. These pharmacies also offer medication synchronization so refilling dates promote adherence. In addition, MedImpact offers both traditional mail order and local delivery, as well as pharmacies that offer long-term care services to members residing in their homes or assisted living facilities, including special medication preparations.
