Clinical trend management solutions.

We combine point-of-service utilization tools that target medications prone to inappropriate use or where lower cost therapeutic alternatives are available. This program has been developed by our clinical team to help ensure that the prescriptions members get are the most clinically appropriate and cost effective. 

High-cost generics solutions.

MedImpact has developed three solutions aimed at addressing high-cost generics (HCG): HCG Choice™, HCG X™, and HCG Select™. Developed using our clinical expertise and advanced analytics, we identify and track list prices, MACs, and claim costs for more than 2,000 generic drugs. This allows us to quickly respond to price changes and maximize cost-saving opportunities.

Refill reminder program.

This program targets members who are most likely to benefit from the program and have not filled their medication(s), leading to: Better adherence and clinical outcomes; higher member satisfaction; improved CMS Star Ratings and increased Quality Bonus Payments for Part D plans; and lower overall costs. 

Quality performance management program.

This program delivers information–at both the group and member level–about adherence, gaps in care, and safety issues to help plans increase CMS Star Ratings and bonus payments, and improve member outcomes and plan competitiveness.
